"Dead Whispers", has been one of Virginia's most talked about Haunted Houses. With live actors to make you believe you're in a Horror Movie & many detailed haunted rooms, It is one of the most creative and scary haunted Attraction with Ghosts and Creatures at every corner including floating ghosts and spirits lost in the night.

It is the constant innovation of its design team and the relentless dedication of its actors that will create one of the most highly acclaimed Haunted Houses in the State of Virginia this Halloween Season.
The Bill Carroll Foundation and their Groove Factory Studios have developed this "Hollywood-Level Production", and have already received the highest rankings in other haunted attractions that they have created.

For October 27th, Sunday from Noon til 4pm we'll host a family kid-friendly Haunt with similar special effects but with a bit lighter experience that's usually not there at night for the adults on the inside, free family-friendly music entertainment and free Hayrides! Enjoy food, drinks and goodies while visiting our Haunted House during this time. Also includes characters more suited for children.

From Richmond, VA and points South, to 2400 Airport Avenue in Fredericksburg, VA, using I-95 North, follow these directions:
1. Make your way to I-95 North.
2. Stay on I-95 North for approximately 55 miles (from Richmond area).
3. Exit for Fredericksburg: As you approach Fredericksburg, look for the exit for US-Route 3 EAST (Exit 130A) toward Fredericksburg.
4. Take (Rt 3) William St and Blue and Gray Pkwy to US-17 BUS S/VA-2 S/Dixon St. towards Tappahannock/Bowling Green on right. Approx 2.5 miles.
5. Continue straight, take a right-hand turn onto Oldfield Street.
6. Fredericksburg Fairgrounds is right in front of you at Stop Sign.
From points North (Washington DC) using I-95 South.
1. Once you approach the Fredericksburg area, stay in the local Route 3 Fredericksburg Exits lanes.
2. Exit for Fredericksburg: As you approach Fredericksburg, look for the exit for US-Route 3 EAST (Exit 130A) toward Fredericksburg.
3. Merge onto Route 3 East: Take (Rt 3) William St and Blue and Gray Pkwy to US-17 BUS S/VA-2 S/Dixon St. towards Tappahannock/Bowling Green on the right. Approx 2.5 miles.
4. Continue straight, and take a right-hand turn onto Oldfield Street.
5. Fredericksburg Fairgrounds is right in front of you at Stop Sign.
From points East (Route 2)
1. Take Route 2 (Tidewater Trail) into Fredericksburg to a left-hand turn onto Lansdowne Road.
2. Take an immediate right-hand turn onto Airport Avenue. Fredericksburg Fairgrounds entrance on your left.
